Leadership

Pastors, Elders, & Staff

Noah Tyler

Lead Pastor, Elder

Pastor Noah is married to Kaitlyn (the best wife in the world), with whom he has 4 children (pretty amazing as well), and has too many siblings. His hobbies include walking outside while he is on the phone and gifting offensively large plants to people. He enjoys good books and doesn't enjoy bad ones.
Noah holds a ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Ministry License through the EFCA.

Ryan Thies

Associate Pastor of Youth and Care

Pastor Ryan is married to McCauley (she makes sure he isn't late to everything) and has two dogs. He is the middle of 5 boys and loves to tell you about being homeschooled growing up. He loves to relive his swim team days, spell words incorrectly on his slides, and mowing his lawn.

Kurt Holen

Ministry Apprentice

Kurt Holen is a life-long farmer who, when God  tapped him on the shoulder, he started to consider full-time vocational ministry. He is currently in the Ministry Apprentice Program, a program Westmark has developed to train and launch people into ministry.
He and his wonderful wife Richele are always headed to another Bible study somewhere and telling who ever will listen about Jesus. Together they have 3 sons and many grandkids.

Betty Isaacson

Church Administrator

Betty is the modern-day version of a saint. We aren't sure, we think she might be an angel. You can catch her behind the piano on stage Sunday morning, or the admin desk througout the week. Her oversight of our music ministry and finances is so appreciated!
Betty has been a part of Westmark for 55 years, has 4 kids, and 17 grandkids.

McCauley Thies

Director of Ministries

McCauley is married to Ryan (the guy a few photos up) and moved to Nebraska in October of 2023. She loves organization, cheering on Auburn football, and her two dogs (Gidget & Bentley)! Also, she loves when people jump out and scare her-- you should try it.

Kirk Carlson

Building & Groundskeeper

If you have sat in a chair at Westmark, Kirk put it there! Since joining our staff in December of 2023, he has been a fantastic addition to the team. He is the brain and brawn that keeps our building and grounds clean, organized, functional, and fixed up. If you follow the sound of the Harley, you can usually find him.
Kirk is married to Kim, and they have 4 kids, 7 grandkids, and 2 great-grandkids.
